		<description>I&#039;ve been out twice. Snow&#039;s definitely fluffy, but there&#039;s at least a foot of it, I&#039;d say.

Carrying a few extra pounds, your post reminds me that if I didn&#039;t maintain a workout routine of both cardio, and strength building, as a 40+ male, I&#039;d be a prime candidate for at the very least, a strained back (which I&#039;ve experienced, even in my fitter 30-something days), and at the worst, maybe a heart attack.

I&#039;ve learned to pace myself, and follow many of your prescriptions for shoveling.
