		<description>Mark, this is great stuff!  This is what we promote at my studio in Pa. and what our message is across the ethers of the internet...simple.  And I love your acronym...I practice what it is that makes sense, esp. when it has the  chance to influence those who do not exercise or move.In airports, drivers license waiting, walking in town--- be different by bringing the opportunity to the public.
It is in keeping it simple and easy that will lessen the chance to make an excuse of not to do it!
